Axiom Extend floors are steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) floors which are designed to be cast in panels of up to 120' x 120' with no requirement for internal sawn joints.  Panel edges are formed with pre engineered leave in place steel expansion joints.  These engineered joints have built in load transfer dowels, and steel profiles at the surface which armor and protect the open face of the construction joint.  Axiom Extend floors are able to reduce saw cutting and the resultant joint fillers by 95%.  They are also thinner than standard jointed floors providing significant savings in concrete volume, steel reinforcements, sawing and joint fillers, all of which greatly reduces the C02 footprint and maximizes ESG performance.  This flooring system has been utilized in warehouse slabs throughout the world for more than 30 years, tried-tested-true.
